How do free hours work?
Free hours are added to your account monthly based on your membership tier. Please email mapleswinggolf@gmail.com with your desired booking time & expects quick respond.
Unused free hours expire at the end of each month and do not roll over.
Can I use my membership during peak hours?
Yes. Membership free hours can be used during regular operating hours.
Discount for Special events and promotions are excluded.
Can I cancel my membership?
Monthly memberships can be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
All memberships are non-refundable.
Can I share my membership with others?
Memberships are for individual use unless otherwise stated.
Free hours cannot be shared across accounts.
Do you offer rental clubs?
We do not rent clubs at this time. Players must bring their own clubs & shoes. We provide indoor golf balls and the tee height could be controlled by our auto tee up system.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled tee time will receive a full refund.
Can I bring outside food and drinks
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. Please kindly keep your bay clean and dispose the waste properly.
